REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At CVATCAD, we sell digital software licenses (Autodesk products) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the license has been activated.

Eligibility for refund:

• Refunds are only considered if the license was not activated and the activation email was not sent.
• Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds are issued after the license activation email has been delivered.

We comply with EU consumer rights legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU) regarding digital content.
